A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.

Pre-Authorisation is required upon check in.

If you enter incorrect details on the booking page your booking will be invalid.   Please also carefully read our Cancellation and No Show Policies.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancelling your reservations after 12 o’clock on the day prior to arrival, or failing to show, will result in a charge equal to the first night’s stay per room to your credit card.  Cancellation Policy for Groups of 7 or more please see bellow:

NO SHOW POLICY

Failing to call or show before check out time after the first night of a reservation will result in charge equal to the first night’s stay per room to your credit card and cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.

EARLY ARRIVALS  & LATE DEPARTURES

Check in time is 1.00 pm.  If your arrival is earlier in the day and you prefer immediate access to your room, we recommend reserving for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. If you choose not to reserve, we will be glad to store your bags for you.  Check out time is 11.00 am on the date of departure.

ONLINE BOOKINGS TERMS & CONDITIONS

Only the reservation as entered into and confirmed by our system will be honoured.  Any written or printed confirmation that has been altered may be rejected by the hotel.  Please note that bookings made on our website are non-commissionable.
